Finding & Accessing Resources on the Internet–VA/CHAMPVA

Navigating the vast array of online health resources can be overwhelming for Veterans seeking information tailored to their unique needs. This section serves as a curated guide, directing Veterans to trusted VA and CHAMPVA resources. From the comprehensive Veterans Health Library to specialized programs like Whole Health and Women Veterans Health Care, this section empowers Veterans to take charge of their health journey by providing easy access to reliable information and support services.

Veteran’s Library: (English and Spanish)

The Veterans Health Library (VHL) is a comprehensive, Veteran-focused online resource offering over 1,500 health sheets, 150+ videos, and interactive tools to support informed health decisions. Covering topics from chronic conditions and mental health to rehabilitation and healthy living, the VHL provides content reviewed by VA experts, tailored specifically for Veterans and their families. Accessible 24/7 and available in both English and Spanish, the library empowers users to actively manage their health and collaborate effectively with their care teams.

Whole Health

The VA Whole Health program is a personalized approach to care that puts Veterans at the center of their health journey. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, it emphasizes what matters most to each person—supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through tools like the Circle of Health, personal health planning, and access to complementary therapies such as yoga, meditation, and acupuncture, Veterans are empowered to take charge of their health in ways that align with their goals and values.
